Abstract:
The regular exercise of the body, guided by the dancing master, gradually shapes this medium essential to the actor’s art. From the warm-up to the rehearsal of a choreography, the practice of dance makes it possible both to reach the stage objective of the actor who needs control and availability of his own body, but also to conform to the expectations of aesthetic exemplarity of grace and posture before everyone’s eyes.
