Digitization of dance sources

Over the last decades, many dance sources have been digitized and made accessible online by libraries. Research on these texts has thus been greatly facilitated.

However, other important works are not yet available digitally. With our digitization project, we want to make more important sources available online.

Derra de Moroda Dance Archives

Dance & History e.V. has therefore launched a collaboration with the Derra de Moroda Dance Archives in Salzburg to digitize a number of works held there and make them accessible online. As a result of this collaboration, Gottfried Taubert's "Rechtschaffener Tantzmeister" (1717) and another twelve works from the University Library of Salzburg have been put online.
